Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to appointments.
Any cancellation made in less than 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable & will not go towards any future services.
Clients who arrive within 30 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.
Client Arrivals over 30 minutes late will not be accepted and will be charged 80% of the service fee
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
